UCFV Trades Facility
University of the Fraser Valley Trades Facility.
Design Build assist contract. This contract entailed the transformation of an old army base into a 106,000sq.ft modern trades training facility.
College Heights Secondary
College Heights Secondary School Sprinkler Retrofit & Addition.
This project included a 1,000sq.ft addition to the administration offices of the school and the design build install of a complete sprinkler system throughout the entire building.
PGRCC New Women’s Unit
Prince George Regional Corrections Centre New Women’s Unit.
Construction of a 14,000sq.ft addition. This project was designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
